Challenge
Many parents are unaware of their children's daily school activities, assignments, attendance, and academic progress. This communication gap often leads to lower family involvement and reduced student motivation. The challenge was to design a simple and accessible platform that encourages active participation from parents while helping schools communicate more effectively.

The discovery phase focused on understanding the needs of the three primary user groups:
